1. Processing Time
Each item is handmade and carefully prepared. Processing and dispatch of orders may take up to 10 days.
2. Pre-Orders
All items are available as pre-orders, meaning they have not yet been ordered from the manufacturer. Estimated shipping schedules should be checked carefully. If an item is on preorder, estimated shipping time applies only after it arrives to me from the manufacture.
3. Shipping Responsibility
Once a package is handed over to the postal or courier service, the store is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.
All delivery information must be complete and accurate.
4. Incomplete Information
If a parcel locker number or other required delivery information is not provided in the order notes, order processing will be indefinitely delayed until the missing information is received.
5. Product Variations
Due to the handmade nature of the items, final products may slightly differ from the images or simulations shown on the website. Minor variations in color, finish, size, or details are normal.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Because of the custom and handmade nature of the products, returns or exchanges are not accepted. In special cases of items arriving faulty, please contact the store through form with pictures attached.
7. Payment and Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully received. Payment details must be correct and complete.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Shipping addresses, contact information, and parcel locker numbers (if applicable) must be accurate.
Order notes should be reviewed carefully for any special instructions.
If the provided adress is wrong, store does not take responsibility for lost shipment.
9. Privacy and Data
Personal information (name, address, email) is used only for processing and shipping orders and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for delivery.
10. Contact and Support
Questions about orders, products, or shipping should be directed to the store’s support channels.
